Reorder previous purchase - Customer view

Customers can quickly and easily reorder products from a previous purchase using the Reorder feature, accessible in the management section of their customer accounts.

How a customer can reorder products from a previous purchase:

1. Sign in to the customer account from the store Login page.

2. Click on the My Account link in the navigation menu.

3. Click on Purchases in the left menu.

4. Tick the checkbox of the order(s) you wish to reorder in the Orders list.

5. Click on the Reorder button.

A popup will be displayed showing the progress of the reorder being processed.

6. Click Continue when processing has been completed.

The customer will be taken to the checkout process.

7. Proceed through the checkout process to finalize the order.
